3. Evidence and Integrity

Because Pactly is used to create a verifiable, auditable record of agreements, the integrity of evidence matters.

You agree that you will:

Upload only truthful and accurate content
Not alter, fabricate, or backdate evidence metadata
Not submit content you know to be false or misleading
Not attempt to defeat tamper-evident hashing or verification features

Falsifying or withholding material evidence in a dispute may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of disputed amounts, and may be reported to authorities.

4. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this policy, contact us with details at:

support@pactlysecure.com

Where possible, include the transaction reference, user information, and a description of the conduct. We review reports and take action as appropriate, but we may not always be able to disclose the outcome to the reporter.

5. Enforcement

When we identify a violation, our enforcement may escalate depending on severity and recurrence:

Enforcement Ladder

**Warning:** a documented notice for minor or first-time violations
**Restriction:** limiting specific features, transactions, or amounts
**Suspension:** temporarily disabling account access
**Termination:** permanently closing the account and related accounts
**Reporting:** disclosing conduct to law enforcement, Payment Providers, or other platforms where required

Pactly reserves the right to skip any step and act immediately, including freezing funds or terminating accounts, where we believe conduct presents fraud, legal, or safety risk.

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regardless of any action (or inaction) by Pactly.
