When am I charged?
Only when funds are successfully released to the payee. If a deal is cancelled or refunded, no platform fee is charged.
Who pays the fee — buyer or seller?
The platform fee is deducted from the released amount, effectively paid by the payee (seller). This can be factored into the deal amount.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The 2.5% fee is the only charge from Pactly. Standard Stripe payment processing fees may apply separately.
What if a deal is disputed?
Funds remain held during dispute review. No fee is charged until a ruling is made and funds are released.
Is there a minimum or maximum deal size?
Minimum deal size is $10. There's no maximum, though large deals may require identity verification.
